María Rodríguez García

Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and working as a Nutritionist at a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed as a university lecturer at a vocational training school, teaching applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academic accomplishments include a degree in Nutrition, Food, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
