Haleh Jamshad has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they joined Aravo Solutions - Integrated Risk & Resilience as a Delivering Best in Class Customer Experience, building better business ecosystems to secure success and reputation of organizations using Aravo's award-winning cloud-based platform GRC technology. In 2021, they joined Deft as VP, Product and Service Delivery, accountable for developing, managing, and optimizing operations to deliver Enterprise Hybrid Cloud solutions. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (Micro Focus spin/merge) as Client Success Director, responsible for customer management and success of multi-billion-dollar enterprises. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Model Metrics, a Salesforce company, as Project Manager, leading successful delivery of the best-in-class CRM solutions. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Millennium Trust Company as Program Manager Consultant, leading successful program management and transformation from paper to imaged document processing.

Haleh Jamshad attended Brookline High School, followed by Lawrence University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science. Haleh also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Transformational Change (2021), Designing for Neural Networks and AI Interfaces (2021), and from Salesforce.com in Administrator (2011 and 2010).
