James Watling

James Watling has a long history of experience in the IT and project management fields. James began their career in 1996 as a Management Information & Calculations Clerk at Lombard, followed by a short-term Accountancy Assistant role at SITA Remediation in 1998. In 1999, they joined Canon as a Business Systems Analyst and Statistical Analyst, where they developed and published performance reports and streamlined the budget process. In 2003, they held multiple roles at JSA Consulting Group, Coty UK, and Fresca Group. James was an Analyst Programmer at JSA, Business Intelligence and Senior BI Developer roles at Coty, and IT Manager - Applications, BI & Compliance at Fresca. In 2007, they were a Director and Senior Manager IT Solution Design at COTY SERVICES UK LIMITED, and in 2018, they were an IT Project Manager - ERP Implementation at Comwell Consulting Ltd. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at Aravo Solutions - Third-Party Risk Management since 2020.

James Watling received their GCSEs from Hurstmere Secondary School between 1987 and 1992. James then went on to study Maths, Politics, and Economics at Boundstone Community College from 1992 to 1994. Finally, they completed their BA (hons) in Mathematics and Management at Brunel University London from 1994 to 1998.
