Rei has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 as a Project Coordinator for Opto Ai (Osaka). In 2019, Rei was an Information Technology Associate for Forval Myanmar Co.,Ltd. In 2020, Rei worked as a Digital Solution Executive and Project Coordinator - Digital Business for Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance. Currently, Rei is an AI Engineer for Araya Inc. and a Teaching Assistant for Tokyo International University.

Rei has a diverse educational background, starting with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich, which was completed in 2018. Following this, Rei earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Yangon in 2018. In 2019, Rei obtained a Diploma in Project Management from The Institute of Commercial Management (UK) and a Master of Laws from the University of Yangon. Rei is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Business and Innovation from Tokyo International University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, Rei has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Become a User Experience Designer, Figma for UX Design, Photoshop for UX Design, Sketch for UX Design, Learning Microsoft PowerApps (2019), Understand GDPR and Data Privacy, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management.
