Kevin Little

Kevin Little currently serves as Project Coordinator at ARB, Inc. since November 2020, where responsibilities include liaising between the Owner and other parties throughout various project phases, managing documentation related to submittals, RFI's, work orders, purchasing, and contract administration. Previous experience includes roles as a Valet/Guest Services employee at The Ranch at Laguna Beach from February 2017 to November 2020, and as a Project Engineer at CJK Construction Management, Inc. from October 2017 to October 2018. Kevin also worked as a Bell Person at South Coast Winery & Spa from June 2012 to February 2017, gaining experience in guest services and property tours. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from California State University San Marcos between 2015 and 2017.
