Eric Oeftering

Eric Oeftering has had a long and successful career in the United States Department of Defense, beginning in 1998 as a Supervisory Intelligence Officer and then becoming the Director of Budget Programming. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief of Foreign Military Sales/Security Cooperation. Upon their retirement from the Department of Defense in 2022, Eric chose to join The Arbinger Institute as an Account Executive, citing their first-hand experience with the company's approach to conflict resolution.

Eric Oeftering completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Hawaii Pacific University from 1990 to 1992. Eric then went on to obtain a Master of Science in National Security Policy Studies from the National War College in 2020-2021.
