M. Shayne Gallagher

M. Shayne Gallagher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the wilderness therapy and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Your Symbols since November 2022 and as a Consultant at M Shayne Gallagher Consulting since May 2022, M. Shayne Gallagher previously held the position of Executive Director at WinGate Wilderness Therapy from January 2008 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Program Director, Program Developer, and Arbinger Facilitator at Outback Therapeutic Expeditions from April 2001 to January 2008, as well as at Higher Ground Wilderness Therapy from 2000 to April 2001. M. Shayne Gallagher's career began at Anasazi Foundation, where the roles included Field Manager and Program Developer from March 1990 to August 1999, contributing significantly to the design and development of wilderness therapy programs throughout the career.
