Robert Lott

Robert Lott has a long history of working in the security industry. Robert began their career in 2002 as a Trainer-in-Charge at Del Mar College, where they were responsible for certifying military and law enforcement personnel in Force Protection fundamentals, weapons, and tactics. Robert also developed and conducted weapons of mass destruction training for a twelve county region of law enforcement personnel. In 2004, they joined AMTEX Security, Inc. as their Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where they developed and led the company to a successful and substantial growth from 2004-2008, adding 11 new locations. In 2005, they became the CEO of Sec-Ops, Inc., a leading industry provider of high quality Facility and Total Security services. Robert emphasized the company's capability in providing total security products/design services, armed and unarmed security guard services, and facility operations and maintenance.

Robert Lott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Excelsior University in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Equal Opportunity from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in 1996. In 1995 and 1996, they obtained a Certified Anti-Terrorism Force Protection and Physical Security Manager Certification. In 1992, they obtained a Certified Curriculum Developer from the DoD Curriculum Development. Additionally, they obtained a VIP Graduate Certificate from the National Center Veteran Institute for Procurement in March 2018.
