Tim Treu

Tim Treu has over 40 years of work experience. Tim began their career in 1974 as the Western States Sales & Facilities Director at Avdel, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing Sales Engineers and District Managers in the Western States, as well as staffing and managing a distribution center and Sales office in Cerritos, CA. In 1981, they moved to O.C. Tanner as Executive VP of Sales. In 2014, they joined The Arbinger Institute, where they currently serve as Director of Coaching Services and Senior Executive Coach.

Tim Treu attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2004, where they studied Strategic Sales and Marketing. Tim then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Long Beach between 1970 and 1974.
