Kate Kruizenga

Kate Kruizenga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kate currently serves as the Vice President for Business Operations at Arbital Health, where they lead operations, finance, and people. Prior to this, they were an Advisor and then Vice President of Operations and People at Parallel Domain, where they built and scaled the company's People, Operations, and Finance departments.

Kate also worked at Dropbox, first as the Head of Strategy & Operations for Business Development, and later as the Strategy & Operations Manager for People (HR). At Dropbox, they played a key role in developing and implementing strategies, improving retention, and managing M&A integration.

Before joining Dropbox, Kate worked at Kaiser Permanente as the Manager and Lead for Human Capital Strategy, Office of the Chief Information Officer, where they crafted and implemented HR strategies and supported the IT organization's development and culture programs.

Kate also held roles at Global Citizen Year as the Director of Strategic Projects, at Teach For America in various operational, strategic, and learning & development roles, and at the State of Wisconsin Government Accountability Board in an operations capacity.

Kate's early career includes experience as an AmeriCorps Tutoring Program Coordinator at Schools of Hope AmeriCorps Project and an HR and Quality Assurance Intern at BelGioioso Cheese Inc.

Kate Kruizenga received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economy and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Business Foundations Specialization from The Wharton School. Additionally, in 2021, Kate completed their Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Evangelism from Wheaton College.
