Eric B. Epstein, Esq., LMFT, is a seasoned legal and mental health professional, currently serving as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator at Peaceful Split Divorce Mediation since June 2016. With a rich background that includes roles as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Discovering Destinies, Inc., and Arbitrator at Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc., Eric focuses on cost-effective dispute resolution. As the Principal Attorney at their own firm since January 2010, Eric specializes in niche areas of family law, particularly for preschool operators and families with special needs children. Additionally, Eric has extensive experience representing childcare facilities and mental health professionals, bolstered by a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.
