Monique Broeders

Monique Broeders is an experienced psychologist with a diverse professional background in psychology and organizational consultancy. Currently employed as a psychologist at ArboNed since January 2022, Monique also serves as the owner and A&O psychologist/coach at MB Psychologie since April 2016. Previous roles include Associate Advisor at Lagerweij | Het Mens Effect, educator and developer at LOI, and consultant at Shared Ambition B.V. Monique has contributed to strategic HR advisement at Rivas Zorggroep and taught HRM and applied psychology at Fontys Hogescholen. The education portfolio features a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel & Labor from Avans University of Applied Sciences, among other qualifications and certifications.
