Martin Bradley has over 30 years of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information security. Martin is currently working at Arbonne as the Director of Cyber Security & Compliance. Prior to this, they worked at First American Title as the Director of Cyber Defense & Security Operations. Martin also has experience working at Pacific Life as a Business Information Security Officer and Information Security Manager, where they were responsible for the security of the company's infrastructure, application, and data assets. Martin was also involved in the development and delivery of security solutions and the management of the security architecture and strategy function. Before that, Martin worked at Anglo American as the Global IM Systems Security Manager, where they implemented various security measures and projects to enhance the organization's information security. Martin also worked at Marks and Spencer in multiple roles, including Head of Security Assurance and Ecommerce Security, Head of Security Assurance and Compliance, and Lead Security Architect. Martin started their career at the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food as a Network Support Manager.

Martin Bradley holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Royal Holloway, University of London. Martin also has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA and an IISP Full Member from the Institute of Information Security Professionals. Martin is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).
