Ray Bourdeau currently serves as the Director of Delivery & Process Sciences at Arbor Biotechnologies since December 2024. Previously, Ray held prominent roles at Tome Biosciences as Senior Director, Manufacturing and Process Development, and Director, Manufacturing and Process Development from March 2022 to November 2024. Prior experience includes an Associate Director position in Integrated Drug Substance Development and various roles in Downstream Process Development at Codiak BioSciences from September 2016 to March 2022. Ray also worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology from January 2014 to August 2016 and conducted doctoral research at the University of Chicago, where Ray earned a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from April 2007 to December 2013. Earlier academic background includes a BS in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University, completed in June 2005.
