Beth Richardson

Vice President Operations at Arbor Company

Beth Richardson has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Beth started their career as an Administrator at Attic Angel Place in 2001 and worked there for almost 9 years. In 2010, they joined Oakwood Lutheran Homes, Inc. as an Administrator for a year. In 2011, they joined Lenbrook, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, where they initially served as a Healthcare Administrator and later became the VP of Operations-Health Services. After working at Lenbrook for four years, Beth joined The Arbor Company in 2015. Beth started as an Executive Director and successfully launched a 100-unit Assisted Living Community. In 2018, they were promoted to a Regional Director of Operations and in 2019 they became the Vice President of Operations.

Beth Richardson has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Beth also holds a certification as a Certified Aging Specialist (CASP) from the University of North Texas. In addition to their formal education, Beth has obtained several additional certifications. These include Assisted Living Community Administrator from the Georgia Secretary of State, Certified Director of Assisted Living from the Senior Living Certification Commission, and Nursing Home Administrator certifications from both the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and the Georgia Secretary of State.
