Gladys N Boyce has a diverse work experience in the senior care industry. Gladys N started their career in 2004 as a Charge Nurse at PruittHealth, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Health Care Coordinator and Wellness Nurse at Sunrise Senior Living. Since 2008, they have been employed at The Arbor Company, initially serving as a Resident Care Director and later being promoted to the role of Regional VP of Resident Care in September 2017.

Gladys N Boyce obtained their Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. Gladys N pursued this degree from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Chamberlain University between 2014 and 2016. Their educational journey began in 2002 when they attended Chattahoochee Technical College and earned their Associate's degree in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training, which they completed in 2004.
