Maggie Fidler

Maggie began a Masters's in Engineering at Oxford University before taking some time out to volunteer as a teaching assistant with deaf pupils. She absolutely adored being in a classroom and transferred to a Science degree with QTS so she could become a teacher as quickly as possible! She achieved a First Class degree before spending 15 years teaching secondary Physics and Science teacher, and most recently some mathematics too. The last five schools she taught at were part of a large MAT, where she sat on the Procurement Committee. Maggie still contributes to developments in their data, tracking, and school improvement. Maggie joined Arbor to seek new challenges and have as large of an impact on as many pupils and staff as she can get her hands on.
