Amy Milliman

Amy Milliman has a diverse work experience. Amy started their career as a Sales Associate at Menards in May 2001 and worked there until May 2003. Amy then joined Western Michigan University as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant from July 2002 to April 2004. After that, they worked at Fifth Third Bank as a Learning Facilitator from May 2003 to September 2011. In September 2011, they joined Arbor Financial Credit Union as an Education and Development Specialist II and worked in this position until December 2017. Amy then advanced to the role of Manager of Talent Development and Organizational Culture at Arbor Financial Credit Union from December 2017 to January 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Development and Organizational Culture at Arbor Financial Credit Union, starting from January 2020.

Amy Milliman earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication, General from Western Michigan University in the years 1998 to 2002. Amy then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Workforce Development and Training from the same university from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Amy obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2018.
