Paul Martin

Paul Martin is Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer. He is responsible for maintaining Arbor’s credit standards for the company’s bridge platform.

Mr. Martin has more than three decades of portfolio and asset management experience. He came to Arbor as Vice President, Structured Finance, in 2013. During his tenure, he has taken on a variety of increasingly vital roles within the structured loan production process, including transaction screening, underwriting, deal management, borrower relationship management, closing and credit review. Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Martin held positions at Global Private Equity Firm, Centerstar Group, CBRE Realty Finance and CIGNA Investment Management.

Mr. Martin holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
