Shanthy Edward

Dr. Edward serves as Vice President, Strategic Growth & Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Arbor Research Collaborative for Health. Dr. Edward is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a growth ecosystem that both amplifies Arbor Research’s mission impact through new work and supports financial health. This growth ecosystem includes business development strategy and operations; external marketing and communications efforts; and partnership outreach. She also applies her clinical psychology and organizational development expertise to create strategies for sustaining the organization’s high-performance.

Dr. Edward has served in leadership roles in a variety of settings including federal contractors, government agencies, and non-profits. Dr. Edward earned her Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario.
