Megan Stubbendeck has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Megan started their career in 2005 as an Exhibit Development Intern at The Library of Virginia. Later, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia, from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Revolution Prep as a Global Elite Instructor and eventually became the Coordinator of Instructor Development.
In 2011, Megan returned to the University of Virginia as an Instructor for a short period of time. Megan then transitioned to ArborBridge in 2014, where they took on various roles, including Associate Director of Instruction, Director of Instruction, Senior Director of Instruction, and Managing Director of Operations. Megan'smost recent position at ArborBridge is Chief Executive Officer, which they have held since September 2020.
Megan Stubbendeck holds a PhD in History from the University of Virginia, which they obtained from 2005 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in History also at the University of Virginia, graduating in 2005. Megan completed their undergraduate education at Binghamton University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
