Jooyoung Chung

Jooyoung Chung currently serves as Vice President of Live Operations and Product Management at Arc Games, a role started in April 2024. Previously, Jooyoung held the same title at Gearbox Publishing from April 2022 to April 2024, overseeing the Game Operation group and enhancing profitability through revenue forecasting and product performance analysis. At Perfect World NA, a tenure from February 2013 to April 2022 included positions as Senior Director of Product Management and Director of Platform, focusing on aligning business units with strategic goals and launching major titles. Jooyoung's career began at Gala-Net as Executive Producer, managing multiple game titles, and included a role at UC San Diego Health System as Production Coordinator. Jooyoung holds a Business Management degree with a focus on Marketing from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Contents from Sejong University.
