Zach Hotaling

Zach Hotaling's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ARC Health starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Alteon Health, where they worked as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis from 2019 to 2022 and as the Director of FP&A from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Alteon Health, they worked at McKesson as a Finance Manager, Valuations and M&A from 2016 to 2017, as a Finance Manager from 2015 to 2016, and as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2014 to 2015. Zach also gained experience at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Financial Analyst II in 2014 and as a Financial Analyst I in the Financial Planning & Analysis Group from 2012 to 2014. Zach Hotaling started their career at HJ Heinz, where they held various roles, including Financial Analyst in the Consumer Products Business Planning and R&D Finance departments, and as part of the Finance Leadership Development Program from 2010 to 2012.
