Jacqueline Cabell

Jackie Cabell is an experienced professional in residential and social services with a strong background in management and operational oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Residential Services at The Arc Ocean County Chapter since November 2022, Jackie also holds the position of Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Enable, Inc. since January 2022. Previous roles include Regional Residential Program Manager at Easterseals New Jersey, Operations Supervisor at Cenlar FSB, and Program Manager at Easterseals. Additional experience encompasses work as Social Services Director at the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County and Director of the Asbury Park Community Collaborative. Jackie earned a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies and Anthropology from Lehigh University.
