Caryn Brunello has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Caryn started their career in 2008 at The Arc of Anchorage as a Behavioral Health Team Leader II, where they worked until 2012. In this role, they demonstrated leadership skills and contributed to the success of the organization.

In 2012, Caryn joined H.O.M.E.S. Inc Access to employment as a Program Manager. Caryn managed various programs and was responsible for their successful implementation. Caryn worked in this position until 2014.
