Tracy Crosby has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Tracy began their career at Adecco as a Branch Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and effectively managed a successful operation. After six years with Adecco, Tracy joined The Arc Wayne as the Director of Development and Community Relations, a role in which they excelled for over 16 years. Following their tenure at The Arc Wayne, Tracy joined Rochester Regional Health as the Associate Director of Development, where they made valuable contributions for four years. Currently, Tracy holds the position of Executive Director of the Arc Foundation of Monroe at the Arc of Monroe County.
Tracy Crosby has pursued their education in various institutions. Tracy studied Music Theory and Composition at the State University of New York Cortland. Tracy also focused on Music Technology at Finger Lakes Community College. Tracy completed their high school education at Midlakes High School, where their field of study was English Language and Literature, General.

The Arc of Monroe
The Arc of Monroe has been providing a variety of programs and services for over 1,700 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families in the Rochester community for 60 years. The Arc works to enhance the quality of life and self-esteem of individuals in our programs, providing them with meaningful social development, supported employment, residential community living and enrichment opportunities. The Arc is funded in part by the NYS Office of for People with Developmental Disabilities. The Arc also receives funding from VESID (Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities). The Arc of Monroe has 40 locations in Monroe County that assist individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities that include Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Asperger Syndrome, and Pervasive Developmental Disorders among others. A wide array of services are offered through the Arc for individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities such as independent living opportunities in our group homes and residences, volunteer opportunities in the community,unique and creative individualized day services programs, job training is offered through our ArcWorks facility and placement through our Job Path Program. The Arc Foundation of Monroe raises and manages funds to enhance the quality of life for program participants of The Arc of Monroe County. A variety of important enjoyable fundraising efforts provides financial support for programs vital to The Arc’s social, recreational and organizational activities. At The Arc of Monroe, we are proud of our history of helping others, but we are just as proud of our commitment to the future, ensuring that people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families will continue to be offered the highest quality, most innovating programs and services available.
