Carol Banducci

Carol Banducci is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in financial management and governance. Currently holding the title of Corporate Director at Citibank Canada, Hudbay Minerals Inc., and ARC Resources Ltd., Carol has previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAMGOLD Corporation, where accountability for operational and financial performance was key. A founder of the Miner's Lamp Award and Innovation Fund, Carol has made significant contributions to mental health research in partnership with the University of Toronto. Previous roles include Vice President of Financial Operations at Royal Group Technologies Limited and Chief Financial Officer at Canadian General Tower. Education includes a B.Comm. from the University of Toronto's University College and ongoing studies at the Rotman School of Management.
