Deborah Rose

Deborah Rose has a strong background in finance and accounting. Deborah currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The Arc Companies LLC and Arc Ventures, starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Cedar Hill Advisory Group LLC, starting in January 2018. From March 2015 to May 2017, they were a Managing Director at Element Capital Management. Deborah also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Spectra Financial Group LLC from 2007 to 2015. Deborah served as the Chief Administration Officer at Soros Private Funds Management LLC from 2000 to 2002. Before that, Deborah worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 1990 to 2000 and started their career as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988.
