Lauren Hightower

Lauren Hightower is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Solutions Engineer for Arc XP, a division of the Washington Post, since June 2021. In this role, Lauren leads a team of solutions engineers and collaborates with Sales Directors to pitch a SaaS content management platform to global news publishers and broadcast media organizations. Prior to this position, Lauren worked as a Sitecore Technical Architect at Tag Worldwide, where solutions were designed for the life sciences industry, and as the owner of Iveyhouse Development, providing consulting and development services to over 20 clients. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and is certified in all versions of Sitecore development through version 10.
