Carlos Fanola Montes

Carlos Fanola Montes is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Currently, as a Commercial Development Intern at Arca Continental Lindley, Carlos has developed and implemented a valuable Commercial and Operational Dashboard for micromarket operations, providing strategic decision-making tools and measuring project impact through weekly KPI reports during management meetings. Previous experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at SOCIEDAD TECNOLOGICA DEL PERU S.A.C., where responsibilities included managing accounts payable and project management reports, and as a Quality Coordinator, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Additionally, Carlos participated in the "Acelera Tu Futuro" program, focusing on skills and knowledge essential for leadership in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
