Karen Schwartz

Karen Schwartz is an Assistant Professor at Arcadia University and the Owner of Approach Behavioral Health, where licensed clinical psychology services are currently being offered. Prior experience includes working as a Psychologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a Postdoctoral Associate and Coach at the University of Maryland, and a Psychology Intern at the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Institute, among other roles. Karen Schwartz has extensive expertise in evidence-based therapy techniques, therapeutic coaching for students with ADHD, and child and adolescent therapy. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the SDSU/UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program, an M.S. in Psychology from San Diego State University, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
