Gautam Rastogi

Gautam Rastogi has extensive work experience in analytics and data science. Gautam currently holds the position of Director of Analytics at Arcadia. Prior to this, Rastogi worked at Lyft as the Head of Analytics & Data Science, where they led data science and analytics for the "My Car" business initiative, overseeing the launch and scaling of several consumer-facing products on the Lyft app. Before Lyft, Rastogi was an Engagement Manager at Navigant, where they led client engagements in the healthcare industry, focusing on growth strategy, pricing/reimbursement, and process improvements. Gautam also worked as a Senior Consultant at Navigant. Rastogi began their career at ZS Associates, where they spent six years and held various roles, including Consultant (Product Manager), Associate Consultant, and Associate. During this time, they helped the firm's India office grow significantly and took on the role of product manager to develop a custom, proprietary product called MarketLive.

Gautam Rastogi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2005.
