Kristy Mayer-Mejia has a diverse and extensive work experience in various high-level roles. Kristy is currently working as the VP of Data at Arcadia, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Analytics at the same company from May 2023 to September 2023. In August 2017, Kristy joined Simple Finance as a Senior Manager, Analytics and BI. Kristy was promoted to Director of Analytics & BI in August 2018. During their time at Simple Finance, they rebuilt the analytics, BI, data science, and analytics engineering functions. Kristy also developed and executed on the company's first data strategy, supporting the analytics needs across various departments.

Before Simple Finance, Kristy worked at Opower, starting in May 2014. Kristy held the position of Analytics Manager, where they led a team of analysts and developed new revenue-generating product lines. Kristy also played a key role in integrating analytics with the Product organization and providing analytical support to various departments such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Client Success. Additionally, they identified new revenue sources and improved client renewal opportunities through advanced econometrics and analytics.

Kristy began their career as an International Economist at the US Treasury in August 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Energy Economist at the World Bank from April 2012 to May 2014. At the World Bank, they presented plans to reduce electricity subsidies and developed tariff reform recommendations.

In 2017, they obtained a certification in Maximizing Your Leadership Potential from the Center for Creative Leadership.
