Felipe Alceu Amoroso Lima

Felipe Alceu Amoroso Lima is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Executive Vice President for Clients & Business Development in Mobility and CEO for Latin America at Arcadis since January 2017, Felipe has also held significant roles such as Managing Director for Brazil and President & CEO at Promon Engenharia from June 2010 to December 2016. With a strong financial background as Chief Financial Officer at Votorantim Cement North America and a Vice President at Citigroup in the High Yield & Syndicated Loans Capital Markets Desk for Latin America, Felipe has also contributed as a board member for multiple organizations, including Logicalis and Tropico Sistemas e Telecomunicações. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, earned between 1990 and 1994.
