Mihir Munshi

Mihir Munshi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and international transactions. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Livent since April 2019, Mihir oversees leadership, strategic planning, and various legal practice areas including compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. Prior experience includes roles at Cigna as Senior Counsel for Strategic International Transactions, as well as legal consulting positions at Alcoa and United States Steel Corporation, where Mihir advised on international legal matters and mergers and acquisitions. Mihir’s background also includes significant work at prominent law firms such as Cohen & Grigsby, PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal UK, and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, focusing on corporate finance, technology law, and private equity. Mihir holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an M.A. in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh.
