Luke Boen has over a decade of experience in customer experience and engagement, currently serving as a Manager at ArcBest since July 2013. In this role, Luke leads a team focused on executing initiatives that enhance customer experience and promote retention. Prior positions at ArcBest include Marketing Campaign and CX Project Lead, where Luke focused on revenue growth and customer retention, and Account Manager for Truckload, responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts. Earlier career experience includes roles at the United States Postal Service as a City Carrier Assistant, at Honda of Russellville as a Parts and Accessories Salesman, and at Bean Tool and Die as a Shop Handy Man. Luke Boen holds a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management/Homeland Security and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, as well as an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, all from Arkansas Tech University.
