Jaco de Villiers

Jaco De Villiers is an experienced Electrical Automation Engineer currently employed at NLMK La Louvière since August 2021. Previously, Jaco has held various roles at ArcelorMittal South Africa since January 2003, progressing from Electrical Engineer to Senior Electrical Engineer and Electrical Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included managing capital expenditure projects, overseeing safety as a GMR 2.7 appointee, and ensuring equipment reliability through preventative maintenance. Jaco also served as Electrical Manager at SA Metal Group from August 2020 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stellenbosch University and a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
