Catalina Berariu

Catalina Berariu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and sales management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Analyst at ArcelorMittal since June 2017. Prior roles include Customer Support Manager at Ipix Romania, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating sales teams, recruiting, training, and implementing work processes, alongside providing technical support and conducting workshops.
