Danny Haesen

Danny Haesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and mechanical maintenance management. Currently serving as the Manager of the mechanical workshop, warehouse, and garage at ArcelorMittal since January 2019, Danny previously held the role of Production & Mechanical Maintenance Manager at ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks from September 2003 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing production processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and implementing quality-control programs. Prior experience includes a position as Shift Supervisor at Ford Motor Company, where management of daily operations and employee supervision was key. Danny holds an Industrial Engineer degree in Industrial Automation and a Bachelor's degree in Electro Mechanics, Maintenance from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg, supplemented by recent education at IMD in late 2023.
