Manoj Saxena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement, project management, and engineering within various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Buyer at ArcelorMittal since August 2016, Manoj has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Department for Projects and Materials, managing large-scale initiatives such as the establishment of a joint venture for a new Air Separation Unit. Previously, Manoj worked with Petrofac on the Upper Zakum Field Development and held significant positions at Reliance and Engineers India Limited, focusing on project coordination and inspection.
