Olga Epshteyn

Olga Epshteyn has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Olga began their career at Oliver Wyman in 2007, where they worked as a Manager until 2012. Following this, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Golding Capital Partners in 2012. In 2013, they joined Strategy& as a Senior Manager until 2016. From 2016 until 2023, Olga worked as a Principal at Oliver Wyman. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy at Arcesium starting from May 2023.

Olga Epshteyn holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from INSEAD. Olga also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Olga earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
