Rob Pachan

Rob Pachan has extensive experience in production planning and supply chain management within the manufacturing and medical device sectors. Currently serving as a Production Controller at ARCH since August 2020, Rob oversees scheduling and workload management to ensure on-time deliveries for high precision machining projects. Prior roles include Planner at UMC, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing workloads across multiple departments, and Master Scheduler at Logic PD, focusing on electronic board production for aviation and defense. Additional experience includes roles as Buyer/Planner at Caribou Technologies Inc. and Supply Chain Manager at Lifecore Biomedical, where Rob managed production planners and warehouse operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Master Scheduler for pharmaceutical product lines at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, using SAP for scheduling activities. Rob Pachan earned a degree from the University of Minnesota Morris.
