Juliette Pagé has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Juliette started their career at MercadoLibre.com in 2014, where they worked as an HR PayRoll - Compensation & Benefits specialist. Juliette'sresponsibilities included facilitating the hiring process, managing employee records, and handling payroll and benefits administration. Juliette then joined Groupon in 2017 as a Regional Human Resources & Facilities Manager, focusing on talent attraction and career development. In 2018, they joined Selina as the Country Human Resources Director, where they implemented global HR strategies and aligned the organizational culture throughout the country. Currently, they are the LATAM Head of Human Resources at ARCH Resources Group, overseeing HR operations in the Latin American region.
