Serena Ng

Serena Ng has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 when they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor for Koinonia Childrens Day Camp. In 2013, they were an Intern for State Farm, and also for the California Academy of Sciences. In 2014, they were an Intern for both San Francisco District Supervisor Norman Yee and Generation Citizen. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Office Assistant for Kenneth S. Yamamoto MD, a Medical Corp. During this time, they also held roles as an Operations Analyst and Project Coordinator for Cprime, Inc. In 2021, they became a Business Process Specialist for DocuSign, and is currently a Technical Project Manager for Arch Systems.

Serena Ng obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business between 2014 and 2018. In 2017, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from City University of Hong Kong. In 2019, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance and in 2020, they obtained a Managing Big Data with MySQL certification from Coursera.
