Stephen Shirlock

Stephen Shirlock, MSN, MSM, RN, RRT, RCP, LNHA, NE-BC, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Critical Care Nursing & Respiratory Care at Archbold Medical Center since September 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen held various leadership positions at South Georgia Medical Center, including Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager for Orthopedics and Neurosurgery, and served as Director of Nursing at South Georgia Medical Center Lakeland Villa. Stephen's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Nursing from Valdosta State University and a Master's Degree in Management/Healthcare Administration from Troy University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Thomas University and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Darton College. Additionally, Stephen has a background in Respiratory Therapy from Thomas Technical Institute and has contributed to nursing education as an Assistant Professor at Valdosta State University College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
