Joseph Marth, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Leadership at Archbright since 2008, Joseph leads initiatives aimed at creating an IDEAL workplace and oversees DEI consulting services. Prior roles at Archbright include Vice President of Business Solutions Group and Senior Consultant in Workplace Innovation, where leadership of diverse teams and development of innovative solutions were key responsibilities. Joseph gained notable experience at T-Mobile USA, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion and Change Management, and held significant positions at Citi, OCLC, Nationwide, Bluefield University, and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Joseph earned a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
