Katherine Garity

Katherine Garity serves as the CHRO and Senior Director of Human Resources at the Archdiocese of Chicago since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive HR activities, advising senior executives, and crafting multi-year strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Katherine held the position of Employee Relations Director, developing a comprehensive employee relations strategy to promote fair treatment and productivity. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at North Shore Pediatric Therapy, where Katherine implemented modern employment policies, and HR Business Partner at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital, focusing on employee relations and leadership development. Katherine is also the founder of Lifetime Behavioral Health and holds advanced degrees in Human Resources and Psychology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education.
