Mark Howard

Mark Howard has been with the Archdiocese of Newark since December 2006, currently serving as the Director of Research and Planning. Prior to that, Mark worked for the State of New Jersey from August 1998 to November 2006 as an Investigator. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Seton Hall University (1997-2001) and a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University - Newark (1992-1996).
