In 2010, they attended Miami Ad School for a short period of time to study Account Planning, though they did not obtain a degree in this field. In 2008, they completed a Principles of Marketing Certificate Program at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to their college education, they attended St. John's School from 1987 to 1992. In addition to their educational background, Katie Tobin has also obtained a certification as a Section4 Certified Brand Strategist from Section4 in October 2021.
