Ana Apolaro

Ana Apolaro serves as the VP of Human Resources for LATAM at Archer Daniels Midland Company since August 2016, overseeing HR strategy for 10,500 employees and additionally managing the Global DI Pillar. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Ana previously held roles including VP of Human Resources for South America and Global HR Business Partner for Oilseeds at the same company, as well as VP of Human Resources at Carrefour Brasil, where a transition from turnaround to growth was orchestrated. Prior to these positions, Ana was Director of Human Resources for multiple organizations, including Arcos Dorados and Danone, and began a career in HR and auditing with companies such as Monsanto, Avon, and Unilever. Ana holds degrees in Letters from USP and Controllership and Finance from FGV and is an International Certified Career Coach.
